We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable candidate to commence an Electrotechnology /Instrumentation Apprenticeship.  You will be trained on site at Carlton & United Breweries (CUB), an iconic organisation with an innovative philosophy and an excellent safety culture.  This is an incredible opportunity to be mentored by the best whist attaining a nationally recognised qualification (Cert III in Electrotechnology Electrician and Cert IV in Instrumentation)

As an apprentice, you will:

  • Receive on-the-job training at CUB, mentored by a highly qualified and experienced electrical maintenance team
  • Theoretical off-the-job training at reputable RTO
  • A structured and professional training program with support from stakeholders
  • Training on state of the art equipment in a highly technical environment
  • Exposure to a wide range of manufacturing equipment and processes

About you:

  • Successful completion of year 12 VCE or VET with completion of a pre-apprenticeship program (adult apprentice candidates with related work experience will also be considered)
  • High achiever in Math and Science VCE units (evidence of grades required at interview)
  • Have a genuine interest in understanding how things work
  • Ability to communicate effectively and engage with all stakeholders
  • Excellent safety focus with an understanding of safe work practices
  • Responsible, organised & outcome focused
