Our client seeks to engage an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer .
You have specialist skills and knowledge in project delivery ensuring the reliability of grain and feed milling equipment and processes to ensure that business targets are met with regards to Safety, Asset Management, Machine Availability, Process Losses, Hygiene and Product Quality.
You have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and embrace ownership and accountability in your role project managing installation of new equipment.Displaying leadership behaviours, you have a positive mindset to your work aimed at building teamwork in production teams and the ability to determine your own short and long term work priorities in line with production & maintenance priorities.
Education level and experience

  • Mechanical degree qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience
  • High level of initiative and problem solving skills
  • Strong HSE focus

Key Performance indicators include:

  • Project management from pre-feasibility to handover including design and procurement
  • Construction,Installation and commissioning
  • Responsible for coordinating project specific teams
  • Liaison with equipment suppliers
  • Developing SOP’s / WI’s
